It's really an eye-opener, and it's as if the scales on my eyes are practically falling off. Thank you, ma'am, for explaining everything in clear terms.

~ Chinaememumma

Genuine Customer

My take away is the powerful question 'What do you think?' to the students. It's a very powerful reflective tool.

Let’s talk about the Issues

African educators are not unfinished because they are not enough. They are unfinished because the system left them incomplete. The Teacher Architects Finishing School® exists to finish what those systems would not.

That sentence is the centre of everything else on this page. If you accept it as true, every section below becomes useful. If you do not, no syllabus or price will ever make it useful. So let me tell you where the sentence comes from.

Some years ago, a Nigerian-born scholar living in the United Kingdom did something her academic colleagues thought was strange.
She started boarding flights to Nigeria at her own expense, walking into classrooms across the country, and teaching African educators for free.
She had a doctorate in Semantic Artificial Intelligence from Loughborough. She had a master’s in Artificial Intelligence from Manchester.

She had a clear-eyed view of what was coming for the African classroom over the next ten years. And she could not put down what she had seen with her own eyes inside those classrooms: educators who had given their whole lives to the profession, working with a toolkit the institutions around them had stopped updating.

Year after year, at her own cost, she kept making the journey.

Out of those years, the Teacher Architects Finishing School® was built. The founder, Dr. Onyekachi Onwudike-Jumbo, will be your lead facilitator. The diagnosis above is hers.

**** What she saw, and what you should see now, is this. ***

You are a competent teacher. What you carry into work every Monday morning was never completed by the institutions that produced you.

Your training pipeline taught you to deliver content. It did not show you how to design learning. It handed you a curriculum, then expected you to keep pace with a rising global teaching standard while giving you none of the AI fluency, digital teaching systems, or structured continuous professional development required to keep that pace.

You were sent into a profession being rewritten in real time, with a toolkit the profession refused to update.

Most of what has been offered to you since then has not helped either.

The university postgraduate certificate handed you theory you never apply on Monday morning.

The free WhatsApp masterclasses ran for two evenings and ended with a pitch for the next paid course. The mechanism was rented attention, not finishing.

None of it finished what was left incomplete in you, because none of it was designed to.

Once you accept that diagnosis, the question stops being what is wrong with me? It becomes where do I go to be finished?

THE TEACHER ARCHITECTS FINISHING SCHOOL®
IS THE ANSWER

A twelve-month structured finishing programme for African educators, led by Dr. Onyekachi, with four live entry weeks at the front and twelve months of access behind them. Built to help you stop surviving education, and start architecting it.

By the end of the four-week entry, you will:

  • Understand the future of teaching in Africa, and how to position your practice for it

  • Be confidently using AI and digital tools in your real teaching week, without fear

  • Be designing stronger lessons, schemes of work, and learning experiences that move teachers measurably

  • Be thinking beyond survival, into leadership, relevance, and continental opportunity

What This Is

(And What It Is Not)

This is:

  • A structured, four-week-led finishing programme for African educators, with twelve months of access

  • A one-product institutional school you can rejoin for different learning pathways

  • An African-centred, globally aligned, AI-aware ecosystem

  • Practical learning you apply in real life, not upload for marking

  • 12 months of access so you can revisit, refine, and grow at your pace

This is NOT:

  • A university programme

  • A marking-heavy course

  • A “submit assignment by 11:59pm” nightmare

This is a structured, twelve-month finishing experience for African educators, built around
four live entry weeks and the institutional support to keep growing for a full year afterward.

Who This Is For:

Teacher Architects is for African educators who want to:

  • Regain confidence and control over their week

  • Teach with steady clarity through the week

  • Stay relevant in a fast-changing profession

  • Move into leadership

  • Build a clean second income

  • Build optionality in classrooms, schools, or beyond

  • Stop fearing AI and start using it wisely

  • Access global teaching opportunities

  • Create emotionally healthy classrooms

You do NOT need:

  • To quit your job

  • To be young

  • To be “good at tech”

You ONLY need:

  • Basic device skills

  • A serious desire to grow

I am being built up personally. I am here for myself first, before the learners or my children. May God preserve this work, because it is literally disrupting the status quo of generations past.

How the Programme Works

4 live entry weeks of guided teaching. (The core foundations every Teacher Architect must have)

  • One weekly live teaching and Q&A session, on Saturdays at 8pm West Africa Time (9pm in South Africa, 10pm in East Africa, 7pm GMT). Every session recorded.

  • A structured weekly focus so you are never overwhelmed

  • Six weeks of private community, accountability circles, and guided reflection sessions

  • You learn and apply at your pace, inside your classroom, your school, or your work context

The first live session begins Saturday, 22 June 2026.

Post-programme access:

After the four-week live entry, you retain full access for twelve months. You revisit lessons, tools, and updates as your context changes.

What Educators
Are Saying:

~ Graced

Genuine Customer

After completing the module 1, I was able to imagine "deeply" how learners were limited to just what the teachers are able to share. My take home today are:

1. Learners should be allowed and properly guided to explore their curiosity.

2. As an Educator, I should look forward to. "educate not just to "school" my learners

3. My lessons should be planned in such a way that it will be engaging and stimulating enough to wake the curiosity of my learners and activate their reasoning abilities to visualize solutions and solve problems.

4. Finally for every lesson plan and delivery, my WHAT AND WHY ARE THE DRIVING FORCE. Thank you so much Dr.

This school is an answer to my prayers. It brings light and answers to questions I’ve been asking. There is more to teaching and impacting lives than what the school curriculum and academic calendar allows.

I’ve really struggled with breaking the status quo and being different, with being me in the education space and in my classroom.

This is just the first module, and it is already provoking positive disruptive thoughts, concepts, and ideas.

I can’t wait to see the educator I become when I graduate from this school.

Thank you Dr for pioneering this change. 🙏

~OC

Genuine Customer

Good Morning 🤗 Love the concept of 'The sage on the stage' and 'the Guide on the side'. A reminder as an educator not to be the centre of learning but to observe and guide my learners interactively. They are the ones learning; mine is to facilitate.

Also, the awareness of the changes taking place in the brain during learning leaves me dumbfounded, to think of the numbers of hours children are made to sit in the classroom, meaning that we are actually not giving room for the brain to develop and function the way it should, we are limiting the growth that should have happened if learners are giving more opportunities to learn beyond the four walls of the classroom.

Summarily, I learned to be intentional not to ignore my learners' emotions and to not be quick to supply solutions to their problems, but to guide them to find answers - patience is the key.

What a session. Thank you Ma'am. The state of a child is important in learning.

Thus we must make sure our learners are mentally fit before we start our lessons for the day. A hungry child, a stressed child will not give a positive feedback

I don't think I can describe how the lesson makes me feel at the moment.

I feel blown away knowing that there is a science to learning, a process of how the brain functions for learning to take place.

After watching the Online watch party ma, I started boiling, between intervals I will be shouting in my school staff rooms, some teachers will asked what happened?

I will tell them that they don't understand ma, that a transformation is going on in my Brain cells.

As if that was not enough, when I entered my email and starting listening to module 1 audio/ writeups ma , the challenge intensified ma, I saw the decay in the Nigerian Educational System, how I pray this LIGHT shines very well…

Thank you so much for the lessons.

I'm really challenged by the lessons.

I've seen that I've been a sage instead of a Guild and also I've been depositing on the children as a bank, that's why I'm not getting the intended result.

I have some questions:

1. I teach a local language( Igbo) to L2 learners. They don't have the knowledge of the language for me to be a guide instead of a sage.

2. I don't know what to fill in the form under principles that guide me teaching and my teaching philosophy. I need more clarifications there.

👆🏼This is very well articulated.

I just finished today's study, and I am wowed!

The structure, organisation, and flow of thought show a lot of work was put into this program.

I am enjoying the lessons thoroughly, unlearning some things and have a better understanding of some teaching strategies I have been introduced to.

Thank you, Dr. Kachy and your team, the videos and voice notes in between spice up the lesson. Especially the calm and patient way Dr. Kachy explains things. Her voice is very soothing 😁.

Thanks for your transformation of the education system in Africa and beyond. I have been in an ocean of tears due to the poor network in my area. The uniqueness of this class is what I can't describe.

Before this training, educators believed a quiet classroom is the best classroom, but this training has changed my orientation about that.

I was shocked when I heard " In a traditional-based learning system, students lose up to 70% of what they heard in 24 hours"

Thank you so much ma.

Though I'm having challenges in filling the forms.

Questions Real Educators Ask Before They Enroll

I am not technical. Will I keep up with the AI parts?

If you can send a WhatsApp message and search Google, you have the digital skills needed. Every AI tool is taught step by step in plain language, with African classroom examples and no jargon.

I am not in Nigeria. Does this apply to me?

The school is pan-African by design. The examples are continental, the WhatsApp community already includes educators from across Africa and the diaspora, and every lesson is built to land in classrooms wherever you teach.

What happens if I miss a live session?

Every live session is recorded and uploaded to your account within 24 hours. You catch up at your pace, and the cohort WhatsApp community keeps the conversation alive in parallel, so you never lose the thread.

Will my certificate be recognised internationally?

You receive a certified credential on completion, recognised across 100+ countries as a verified standard of professional development. Once our TRCN Mandatory CPD accreditation is confirmed, completion will also count toward your professional license renewal in Nigeria.

The free training was the entry point. The Teacher Architects Finishing School® is the institution they were always meant to lead into, with 12 months of structured access, 6 pathways, a CPD UK credential, and a cohort that finishes the work the free sessions could only begin

Frequently Asked Questions

Will there be a certificate at the end?

Yes.

Every participant who completes the Teacher Architects Finishing School receives a Certificate of Completion.

That said, we are very clear about one thing:

The real value of this programme is not the certificate. It’s the clarity, competence, and confidence you leave with as an educator.

How long is the Teacher Architects Finishing School®?

The live, guided experience runs for 4 weeks with 6 weeks community access

During these four weeks, you’ll receive structured weekly teaching, live sessions, and guided focus to help you stay on track.

After the live programme ends, you retain full access to the learning materials for 12 months, allowing you to revisit lessons, tools, and updates at your own pace.

Why is the programme only four weeks?

Because transformation doesn’t require exhaustion.

Teacher Architects is designed as a focused re-education reset, not a long, draining course. The goal is clarity, confidence, and direction,not endless modules.

Four intentional weeks give you:

=> A strong foundation
=> Clear thinking
=> Practical systems you can immediately apply
The 12-month access ensures you’re not rushed.

Are there assignments, exams, or submissions?

No.

There are no assignments to submit, no marking, and no deadlines chasing you.

You apply what you learn directly in your classroom, school, or work context. The transformation happens in real life, not in uploaded documents.

Do I need to attend every live session?

Live attendance is encouraged, but not compulsory.

All live teaching and Q&A sessions are fully recorded and available throughout your 12-month access period.

If your schedule is unpredictable, you will not miss out.

Will this programme help me get a new job?

Teacher Architects is not a recruitment agency, and we do not sell job promises.

What we do is help educators:

=> think more clearly,

=> design better learning experiences,

=> understand emerging opportunities,

=> and position themselves more confidently.

From time to time, participants are exposed to opportunities through our ecosystem and partners, but employment is never guaranteed.

We focus on capability before opportunity.

Is this programme relevant outside Nigeria?

Yes.

While the programme is African-centred, it is globally aligned.

I work full-time. Is this realistic for me?

Yes. This programme was built for working educators.

The live experience runs for four weeks, but:

=> lessons are recorded,

=> live sessions are recorded,

=> and you retain access for one full year.

You are not expected to rearrange your life to learn.

You learn within your life.

I don’t have a laptop. Can I still participate?

Yes, you can.

You can access the programme using an internet-enabled smartphone.

That said, as Education Architects, we strongly encourage participants to begin planning to own a laptop over time, especially for long-term professional growth and work beyond the classroom.

Can I enrol now even if the next cohort hasn’t started?

Yes.

If enrolment is open, you can secure your place ahead of the next cohort.

Your access and onboarding will align with the upcoming start date.

I run a school / organisation. Can I enroll my staff?

Yes.

Teacher Architects works well as a staff development and upskilling programme for:

=> schools,

=> NGOs,

=> education organisations,

=> and training institutions.

For group enrolments or staff-focused onboarding, organisations can contact us directly for coordination.

What type of educators is this for?

Teacher Architects is for:

=> Classroom teachers

=> School leaders and administrators

=> Education consultants and trainers

=> Educators in public or private schools

If you work in education and want to stay relevant, confident, and future-ready, this programme is for you.

Do I need prior experience with AI or digital tools?

No.

You do not need to be technical.

You do not need to understand AI already.

You do not need to code.

What you do need is:

=> basic digital familiarity (phone or computer use),

=> openness to learning,

=> and willingness to apply what you learn.

Everything else is taught clearly, responsibly, and practically.

What level of computer skill is expected?

We assume basic digital literacy.
You should be able to:

=> browse the internet,

=> watch videos,

=> send emails or messages.

If you can do those things, you will be fine.

What happens after the four weeks end?

After the live programme:

=> You retain 12-month access to all materials

=> You can revisit lessons as your needs evolve

=> You continue applying what you’ve learned in real contexts

Teacher Architects is not meant to end abruptly, it’s a foundation you build on.

Are payment options flexible?

Yes.
We offer flexible payment options to make participation accessible.
Details are provided during enrolment.

When does enrollment close?

Enrolment closes when we:

=> reach cohort capacity, or

=> hit the published deadline.

We close enrolment intentionally to protect the quality of experience and support for participants.
